The main purpose of this presentation is to expand on the keynote around the principles and strategies relating music to the expressive, aesthetic, and developmental needs of students from elementary through high school levels, and how these might be embedded in the daily curriculum. This presentation also hopes to provide a more experiential opportunity to see how these activities and/or curriculum resources can be embedded into lesson plans to increase the enactive, iconic, and symbolic learning experiences across disciplines. This is a hands-on presentation, so be ready to move, sing and participate!!
